This Privacy Policy applies to the "Cozy Sleep Time Games" pack and each of its standalone companion games: Sleepy Apple Muncher, Sleepy Paddle Bounce, Sleepy Brick Blast, Sleepy Mole Bash, Sleepy Memory Match, and Sleepy Bee Bop (together, the "Games"), all made for children.

1. No personal data collection

We do not collect, store, share, or request any personal information from players.

No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical locations are collected.
The Games do not require or offer user registration, logins, or profiles.
Star ratings, difficulty settings, and the parental passcode are stored only locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

2. No tracking, ads, or purchases

No advertisements: the Games show no third-party ads, so no ad network can track your child's device or behavior.
No in-app purchases: there are no stores or microtransactions in the Games.
No analytics or third-party SDKs: we do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs (e.g. no Firebase, no ad networks) that collect data from your child.

3. Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Our Games comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) in the European Union.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions).
If a parent or guardian believes their child has sent us information (for example, via a support email), contact us and we will delete it promptly.

4. Outbound links & parental gate

The Games do not link out to external websites, social media, or other apps during gameplay. Any settings that could otherwise interrupt play (such as ending Sleepy Mode early) are protected by a parental gate (a simple passcode) so young children cannot bypass them without an adult.

5. Data retention

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Locally-stored preferences (like difficulty level or the parental passcode) remain on-device until you delete the app, and can be cleared at any time by deleting and reinstalling it.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the new version posted at this same URL.
