Purchases and adverts

• Remove Ads: open Menu, then Ads & Remove Ads. Apple displays your local price before purchase.
• Restore Purchases: use the Restore Purchases button in the same section while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase.
• Advertising choices: where required, open Menu and choose Advertising Privacy Choices.
• Rewarded adverts: these are optional. You can wait for construction or use free fictional Energy Tokens instead.

In-game resources

Green Credits are earned only through gameplay. Energy Tokens are free in-game bonuses. Neither resource can be purchased with real money.

Game progress

Progress is stored locally on your device. Reset Game clears local progress after confirmation, but it does not cancel or remove an Apple purchase. Restore Purchases can recover the ad-free entitlement.

Before contacting support

• Close and reopen HumaniWatt.
• Check that iOS is up to date.
• For purchase issues, confirm that the App Store is signed into the correct Apple Account, then use Restore Purchases.
